I've worked with groups and individuals for almost 5 years to improve their relationship with food, feel confident in their bodies, and stop the on-again-off-again cycle of dieting and restriction.

Why does my way work, when others don't?
Most diets only focus on what and how much you're 'allowed' to eat- and as you know, the willpower that can get you quick results just doesn't last. In my programs, we focus on HOW you eat. You'll learn to slow down, check in with your body's natural hunger and fullness cues, and give you the power of choice.
Think about it this way. If I tell you that you can't eat cookies... what do you immediately think about? This is how traditional diets work. In my programs, NO foods are off limits. Instead, you'll learn how to incorporate them into your diet in a way that works for both your body AND your mind.
You'll learn both eating AND mindset habits so you can better understand your own eating patterns, build confidence in your understanding of nutrition science, and create a healthier relationship with food and your body.
