What's included and what's the investment?

Included in CCM:

on-demand coaching support on your personal client challenges (submit your coaching struggles to me weekly for guidance and feedback)
hands on support + education from me, a coach with 7 years experience (and education in everything from nutrition + macros to therapy skills and behavior change psychology)
Motivational Interviewing skills + socratic questioning education, coaching and practice (probably the most helpful set of communication skills you can learn)
Done-For-You guides, coaching scripts and exercises from emotional eating to all or nothing mindset you can share with your clients
2x monthly group workshop/coaching calls (may add more as needed)

The investment+ commitment:

CCM is a 6 month minimum coaching container that begins the week of January 23rd, 2024.

Early bird pricing for CCM (enroll before January 10):
- $397/mo for 6 months OR $2200 pay in full
Regular pricing for CCM (enroll from January 10-23)
- $447/mo for 6 months OR $2400 pay in full
